Decided to rent bounce house/waterslide at the last minute, for no other reason then to let the kids have some fun. After looking around and checking out prices I found Your favorite Inflatables. Had a little problem with purchasing online so I gave them a call. The woman that answered phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Got everything taken care of. Next day the guy came an set everything up. The kids had a BLAST. Also, now I no this probably isn't an all the time thing since they have other people renting the same bounce house but I only rented for 24 hours. The guy called an said we could keep it for an additional day at no extra cost, but if I wanted it out of the yard he would come pick up. We kept another day ??. I definitely will be renting again. Thank you Your Favorite Inflatables.. ?

We had rented a water slide from another company and the morning of the event the company called and said the slide we rented was ripped and they had no replacement for us, I had no clue how I would tell the children and families from our school since they had been waiting for this day for weeks, I pick up my phone and googled thankfully Your favorite inflatables came up and when I called at 7:45 am and explained what had happened, the owner right away said she could get me a slide and have it delivered at 10:00 needless to say the day was a complete success thank you Your favorite inflatables you rock!! You saved the day for all our children and families!! You will definitely be our go to rental place going forward.

Highly professional! They arrived on time and set everything up quickly. The kids had a blast. Once they came to retrieve the slide I was impressed that they thoroughly clean the slide before breaking it down! I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Your Favorite Inflatables for your next bounce house/slide rental.

I’ve gotten rentals through other companies and none had the punctuality, customer service, &overall experience we received with this company! I took their card (something I’ve not done in the past with inflatable companies) and i plan to use this company for any upcoming needs, definitely recommend them!

The owners of Your Favorite Inflatables were awesome! They were very accommodating and the two units were so clean and new. We’ve rented from a few other rental companies in the past and none compare to the customer service, price and cleanliness we experienced with Your Favorite Inflatables. We have now found our go-to inflatable company! Definitely recommend! Thank you for making my daughters 10th birthday so much fun!
